Final Stage
Personality Test
275 Marks
"The interview is not a test of knowledge, but of personality."
1

Know Your DAF (Detailed Application Form)

Your DAF is your interview blueprint. Every word on it is fair game for questioning – from hobbies and hometown to graduation subjects and work experience. Prepare thoughtful and honest answers around each aspect.

2

Stay Updated with Current Affairs

Daily newspaper reading is essential. Focus on government schemes, national/international events, and socio-political developments. Supplement with government sources like PIB, Yojana, etc.

3

Mock Interviews

Participating in mock interviews helps you get accustomed to real interview settings. It sharpens articulation, body language, and presence of mind. Record yourself and self-review, too.

4

Communication & Body Language

Speak clearly and confidently. Maintain polite eye contact. Avoid unnecessary hand gestures or fidgeting. Dress professionally – formal shirt/trouser or saree/suit is preferred.

5

How to Answer Questions

Be honest. If you don't know something, admit it politely. Structure your answers – think before you speak. Always stay calm and composed, even when questions get tough or opinion-based.

"Start with DAF. It is your blueprint in the interview room."
